Reception Information
Our Office Reception is available:
Monday to Thursday 9:15am – 5pm and
Friday 9:15am – 3pm.
Consultation Fees:
We encourage inquiries regarding our fees and Medicare rebates. As the cost of providing high quality specialist medical care is not fully covered by Medicare, there will be an out-of-pocket expense for your consultation.
All accounts are payable on the day of your appointment. We accept Visa/MasterCard, debit card or cash.
Your initial consultation will be approximately 30-45 minutes and subsequent consultations are generally 15-20minutes.
Private Health Insurance does not cover specialist medical consultations, only costs incurred as a hospital inpatient.
If you have a valid referral and are registered with Medicare, we can forward your invoice to Medicare for a rebate, paid directly into your nominated account.
Checklist for the first visit:
Please ensure you bring the following to your appointment:
- A valid Referral from your GP or Specialist.
- Medicare Card.
- Private health insurance information.
- Details of any investigations or copies of relevant scans already performed.
- Your completed Patient Registration Form.
Please note: A GP referral is valid for 12 months and a Specialist referral 3 months. You can only claim a Medicare rebate with a valid referral.
Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy:
If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations less than 48hours or failure to attend, will result in a payable cancellation fee.
